Preview: Edmonton Oilers announce starting lineup against Minnesota Wild

The Edmonton Oilers are gearing up for an epic matchup against the Minnesota Wild tonight, and Bob Stauffer has just announced the starting lineup.
Tonight marks the second game of the 'murderers row' stretch, and they have an extremely challenging test ahead of the tonight.
The Minnesota Wild have been one of the hottest teams in the league, currently ranked tied for 1st place in the NHL, posting a 19-5-4 record.
The Minnesota Wild are also being led by their superstar, Kirill «the thrill» Kaprizov whose currently tied for 2nd in points and 3rd overall in scoring.
The last time these two teams met, the Edmonton Oilers had a tough outing, losing by a score of 5-3.

It looks like Edmonton Oilers head coach Kris Knoblauch is sticking with the same winning formula that emerged victorious over the Tampa Bay Lightning on Tuesday.
The only notable change is backup goaltender Calvin Pickard appears to be getting the nod between the pipes tonight.
Calvin Pickard's last outing was shaky start against the Columbus Blue Jackets, stopping 19/22 shots.
So far this season, Calvin Pickard boasts a 6-3 record, posting a .892 SP in 10 regular season games.
The Edmonton Oilers have currently won 6 out of 7 games, and have been getting notable contributions from depth players across their roster.
I fully anticipate tonight's matchup to feel like another playoff style game similar to what fans witnessed on Tuesday.
If the Oilers manage to pull of the victory tonight, they will undoubtedly come into their next matchup against the Las Vegas Golden Knights with plenty of confidence.
