Nonetheless, he has posted impressive numbers in the AHL and brings a dynamic skill set to the team.

Travis Dermott was brought in during the NHL off season on a PTO, but his stint hasn't worked out for the veteran defenceman.

In 10 regular season games, Travis Dermott hasn't recorded any points and posts a -3 rating on the ice.

While it's highly unlikely Travis Dermott gets claimed, it's looking like he will be backing his bags to join the Oilers farm affiliate in Bakersfield.
